Canvas/fabric with a "Grafitec" design.

The canvas can be embroidered using the following techniques:
Tapestry stitch – a stitch that runs from the bottom left corner to the top right corner, essentially a half cross-stitch.
Printed cross-stitch – used on canvas with a pre-printed design or fragments of a design. Since the design is already printed, stitch counting is not required.


Embroidery is done with 4 or 6 strands of cotton floss ("Gamma" or "DMC") or using half cross-stitch with tapestry wool threads (Riolis).

We recommend starting with dark threads and gradually moving to lighter ones. After finishing the embroidery, iron it on the reverse side through a damp cloth.
Dry clean only is recommended.

Composition: rigid canvas (stramin) with a full-color printed design.
The stramin canvas comes with a color chart for floss. 
Floss is not included in the kit.
